Daughter’s of Enlightenment The D.O.E Tribe is a nonprofit organization established in 2022 by our founder, Karen Mitchell, driven by a profound understanding of the challenges faced by women, particularly those in low-income or underprivileged communities. Having experienced the struggles of single motherhood firsthand, Karen recognized the urgent need to create a supportive environment where women could access essential resources, mentorship, and advocacy to realize their full potential.
